To Become a Member of Park Forest Cooperative – Birch Street Townhomes:
- Fill out the required application and submit all required documentation.
- An application fee of $75.00 per applicant is required.
- Provide proof of an annual income of at least $30,000 for an individual applicant. An additional $2,000 is required for each additional occupant of the townhouse. Seniors 65 and older must prove an annual income of at least $23,000. An additional $2,000 is also required for each additional occupant.
- Applicant’s credit history will be evaluated.
- Applicant’s background history will be evaluated.
- A $37.50 fee for background checks for all occupants 18 and over is also required.
- A personal interview with the Property Manager will be scheduled.
- The Applicant’s application and all above information will be reviewed by the Park Forest Cooperative – Birch Street Townhome’s Application Committee. Approval for Membership will then be determined.
