Brian Ross
Property Manager/Agent
Mr. Ross has been in Property Management for 22+ years, which has allowed him to develop an array of experience with managing many different properties including Cooperative housing for over 15+ years. Mr. Ross is mostly known in management for his specialties in providing good customer service, problem solving and balanced budgets. He also wholeheartedly believes in shared ownership as a method to continue offering affordable living at the highest standards in quality living.
Fun facts: I am an avid football coach; I love to golf, and play billiards.
Luciana Jackson
Assistant Property Manager
Mrs. Jackson is the current Assistant Property Manager, and she has been in this role since October of 2018. She brings with her 20+ years of accounting/auditing experience, and 15+ years of property management experience. Her excellent communication skills and open door policy makes it easy to talk to her. Mrs. Jackson works closely with the maintenance department serving as an important link between our Members and the Cooperative’s Maintenance Department. She also handles all the day to day financial operations.
Fun facts: Mrs. Jackson loves twizzlers, traveling, and shopping.
Mary Kay Joens
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Joens is the Administrative Assistant for the office. Her duties range from being the Receptionist to processing Accounts Receivables. She also handles mailings and work orders.
Fun facts: Ms. Joens enjoys geocaching, fishing with her son, and setting up her indoor Christmas Village display and outdoor Christmas decorations each year.
Nicole McKinney
Sales Coordinator
Membership sales are coordinated by Ms. McKinney. New Members have a great deal of contact with Ms. McKinney from the time they first express interest in cooperative housing, to the final closing of the purchase of a membership. With over 15 years of housing/sales experience, Ms. McKinney will strive to continue with successfully finding the right home and members for the Cooperative.
